How Do I Use a Discount Code?

Discount codes need to be manually applied whilst you are in the Checkout and can not be applied to your order once it has been placed.

1. Open the voucher code box as shown in the image below.

 

 

2. Enter your voucher code in to the box shown. Ensure that the code is entered exactly as shown, with capital letters where applicable, and without spaces.




 

3. Click on 'Apply'

4. Verify the discount code on your order total, which should revise.

Troubleshooting

If your voucher does not seem to work then it may relate to the voucher expiry date or the product(s) within your order being invalid against the terms of the voucher.

1. Try re-applying the voucher and check the popup message in the lower-right corner of the screen to determine if there is an error message (see below).

2. Check the voucher terms and conditions from the email that was sent to you. eg: does the voucher apply to books and you are purchasing DVDs?

3. If none of the above apply then you then you should force the computer to reload the page, as there may be some old data that is causing an error.

   
   

   Windows-based PC users:

   Press the 'CTRL' and 'F5' keys in unison.  The page should now reload.

   Apple Mac users:

   Press the CMD+SHIFT+R keys in unison, and the page should now reload.
