A collection of 75 authentic Vietnamese recipes to cook at home, with an emphasis on pho and its many possibilities.

Simply Pho brings homemade Vietnamese cooking to your table with a delicious fusion of seventy-five recipes, including pho (soup and non-soup dishes), vermicelli and glass noodle dishes, appetisers, accompaniments, sandwiches, and drinks and desserts.

Author Helen Le, a native of Vietnam and popular YouTube cook, shows you how to create authentic Vietnamese dishes, from everyone's favourites - pho (quick and not-so-quick versions), fresh spring rolls, and sandwiches - to those that will be new found favourites, like pho omelettes, crepes, and vermicelli and glass noodle dishes (with variations for meat eaters, seafood lovers, and vegans).

Helen also shows you how to make fresh pho noodles, dipping sauces, flavoured oils, and pho aromatics. And you can finish your delicious meals with a Vietnamese coffee and dessert.

With easy-to-follow step-by-step instructions, mouth-watering photos, and codes you can scan to watch Helen's accompanying YouTube videos, Simply Pho will turn your kitchen into a pho stand for family and friends.

These days I am often reluctant to by the printed word, but this book did not disappoint. The description and advice helped me to may my first ever Pho broth and it was better than a bought one. For that alone it is worth it, however, there is a ton of other recipes to have a go at. Some familiar, some not so familiar, Don't forget to check the Author out on youtube. Thats where I sow the book and just had to have it.
