At the age of twenty-eight, while sitting in a friend's backyard in the remote mining township of Jabiru, Heather Ellis has a light-bulb moment: she is going to ride a motorcycle across Africa. About the Author
Heather Ellis is the author of Ubuntu: One Woman's Motorcycle Odyssey Across Africa, published by Black Inc. Books in April 2016. She is now writing the sequel, which will be available in 2017. Her second book details her motorcycle ride along the Silk Road through Central Asia and by train through China to Vietnam.
